Advance payments made for projects, branding services, automation systems, or digital campaigns may not be refundable once project execution or creative work has started.
Project Delivery
Project timelines depend on service requirements, communication flow, approval process, and business content provided by the client. AYUSH SAMAL continuously focuses on timely delivery and professional project management.
Additional revisions, extra requirements, or changes beyond the agreed project scope may require additional time and separate service charges depending on project complexity.
Digital Content & Branding
Clients are responsible for providing authorized business materials, logos, brand assets, content, and marketing information used in digital projects. AYUSH SAMAL is not responsible for copyright issues related to third-party materials provided by clients.
All digital solutions developed by AYUSH SAMAL are intended for professional business use only and should not be used for illegal, misleading, or harmful activities.
Communication Policy
Professional communication between AYUSH SAMAL and clients is maintained through approved contact methods including email, phone calls, WhatsApp communication, and project discussions. Clients are expected to maintain professional communication during project execution and support processes.
Delays in communication, approvals, or project responses from the client side may impact service timelines and workflow management.
Service Modifications
AYUSH SAMAL reserves the right to improve, update, modify, or discontinue services according to business requirements, technical upgrades, or operational improvements without prior notice.
The company also reserves the right to refuse services related to harmful, misleading, illegal, or inappropriate digital activities.
